WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

  • Returns accepted and refunds issued (for ALL items) within 14 days of receipt shipment. The buyer will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the original item(s) and original shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds for the price of the product will be given ONLY for major printing errors (with photo evidence), in new condition, returned in proper packaging to ensure re-salability, must be unwashed and unworn.

 

  • We have the rights to re-sell your item and refuse any repayment if the returns has passed the expiry of the 14 days deadline.

 

  • If your order is returned back to us because of an incorrect address or unclaimed, we will not be able to resend it back to you and the order will be returned to inventory. If you still require the order then you would need to cover the shipping cost based on a correct address. 

 

  • Please NOTE that sometimes we’re able to do exchanges for the same design in another size as long as the item is unwashed and unworn. This option is NOT applicable for limited run. The buyer is responsible for return charges.

 

  • Please include the item name, order number as well as photo of the damaged item in your email through order@sacreddeermerch.id to discuss a replacement or refund options.
